Experience the treasures of Baltimore’s Walters Art Museum in a new and unique way, through the eyes of award-winning photographer Steve Rosenbach. 

The Walters is internationally lauded for its collection of art, which spans the third millennium B.C through the early 20th century. You will see and photograph items as varied as Greek sculptures, medieval stained glass, Old Masters paintings, Art Nouveau jewelry, and 19th-century European and American masterpieces. Steve will guide you through the museum and instruct you on the best way to photograph each kind of artwork, without use of flash or tripod. He’ll show you how to achieve a proper white balance under the various interior lighting conditions you’ll encounter and how to improve you photographic composition by studying great works of art.
